A suitable building for us will be located in the South East or East of England or in London. It will be a minimum of 10,000 sq ft, and ideally will be a space that lends itself to subdivision into smaller offices. It will not always be an obvious 'office' building - retail or town centre locations are often interesting - but will be well located for transport links or have plenty of space for parking.
